Download and installation is very easy

Ok I admit it; it's early to review. It's October 24th 2013 and I literally just downloaded and installed it. I will come back within 60 days and update this. I already have a calendar reminder set. I'm writing this because as of now, this is review #3 and the first two unfortunately rate the product poorly based on some unknown download difficulty.

Here's what happens when you click BUY: You have the option to download it now, defer the download until later, or even just pick up the application key that you will need in the future. You don't need to grab the key now, it will be supplied again when you download the software. When you tell it to download, Amazon sends you a very small 1MB down-loader application. You download it and [click] run it, and it will download the actual software for you. Note that it will download the software to the same location that you save the 1MB downloader program to.

Their small download application is slick and works well. 250MB into the 2.3GB download I decided I would have preferred to have saved a file that large to somewhere else. The application shows you the path you are saving to and has link text to change the download folder. I chose to change it and it did so immediately and without starting the download over from 0%. That was appreciated. Our Fios knocked it down in about 25 minutes... and that was with it being saved to Dropbox (cloud software), so at the same time it was simultaneously being uploaded at full speed as well.

As I said, I will be back to update this review with enough time for use.

Update on previous bad review.

This program works if you can find the serial number. I found a serial number at Amazon -> Your Accounts -> Your Games & Software Library. The Adobe help is still an exercise in futility.

The download process needs a better tutorial to explain how it is to be installed

This is the first time I have purchased a computer program from Amazon. I had a very trying time getting it installed, there were no instructions on what order to install it in.
